The Good News

"How beautiful on the mountains are the feet of those who bring good news,
who proclaim peace, who bring good tidings, who proclaim salvation,
who say to Zion, "Your God reigns!"  (Isaiah 52:7, Rom.10:15))

In (Romans 10:14-15)
How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed in?
And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard?
And how can they preach unless they are sent?
And in Acts 8:30-31
"Do you understand what you are reading?" Philip asked.
"How can I," he said, "unless someone explains it to me?"

You are also sent by God to proclaim the good news of salvation through His Son Jesus Christ.
* THAT EVERYONE WHO BELIEVES IN HIM RECEIVES FORGIVENESS OF SINS
THROUGH HIS NAME.  (Acts 10:43, 13:38)

* THAT THEY MUST TURN TO GOD IN REPENTANCE AND HAVE FAITH IN
  OUR LORD JESUS. (Acts 20:21)

When you received Christ and were forgiven of your sins you became an instrument
for God to use. You have been given an assignment to share the gospel of salvation with
those whom God has placed into your path. You are called to be a witness to your own
family, neighbors, friends, community, and even to your own enemies.

This Scripture also speaks to us. (Acts 13:47, Isa.49:6)
" 'I have made you a light for the Gentiles, that you may bring salvation
to the ends of the earth.' "
